About this data
Purpose
A short count of what the public catalogs contain on this build.
Source
CISA KEV, EPSS by FIRST, the NIST NVD, and abuse.ch ThreatFox when an Auth-Key is configured.
Freshness
CISA KEV. Fetched 23 Oct 2026, 17:31 UTC. VERIFIED. EPSS by FIRST. Fetched 23 Oct 2026, 17:31 UTC. Score date 23 Oct 2026 (UTC). ESTIMATE. NIST NVD. Fetched 23 Oct 2026, 17:31 UTC. VERIFIED. ThreatFox by abuse.ch. Fetched 23 Oct 2026, 17:31 UTC. REPORTED.
Confidence
High for catalog counts taken from the file. The EPSS figure is an estimate.
Limitations
A tile with no data from its source is a gap. It is not a count of zero threats.

About this data
Purpose
The newest items across the catalogs: KEV additions, EPSS moves, CISA advisories, and ThreatFox reports.
Source
The same public feeds as the panels below. Each row names its source and links to it.

Confidence
High for a KEV addition or an advisory title taken from the feed. Medium for an EPSS move. Lower for a community indicator.
Limitations
The page is rebuilt about every 3 hours. A row can be newer than the last build only after the next refresh. ThreatFox rows omit the indicator itself.

Government advisories

Latest items from CISA's cybersecurity advisories feed, its ICS advisories feed, and the NSA press releases feed. The date on each row is that item's date in the RSS feed (pubDate), shown in UTC. It is not always the release date: on cisa.gov an advisory page can print a later release date. A breaking card cites the NVD only for CVE records the PHP advisory names.

Each row in this section. Sources: CISA cybersecurity advisories RSS, CISA ICS advisories RSS, NSA press releases RSS. CISA.gov is a public-domain website. A link does not imply endorsement by CISA. An OT/ICS tag means the item is from the ICS feed, or its title names a PLC, industrial control, or operational technology. An NSA tag means the item is from the NSA press releases feed, the ArticleCS channel titled NSA Press Releases. The RSS button on the press room points at a different channel. The featured release date and the what-to-do lines are taken from that advisory's page on cisa.gov. The breaking card links to the NSA press release and to the PHP security advisory for the CVE identifiers and the fixed releases. NVD scores and version ranges are from the NVD. About the map shapes
Purpose
Country counts of reported hosting, drawn as army tokens on a flat board.
Source
abuse.ch ThreatFox for command servers and malware hosts, abuse.ch Feodo Tracker as an older list, and DB-IP IP to Country Lite for the hosting country of an IP address.
Freshness
ThreatFox by abuse.ch. Fetched 23 Oct 2026, 17:31 UTC. REPORTED. abuse.ch Feodo Tracker. Fetched 23 Oct 2026, 17:31 UTC. REPORTED. DB-IP IP to Country Lite. Fetched 23 Oct 2026, 17:31 UTC. ESTIMATE.
Confidence
Low to medium. The indicator is a community report. The country is a geolocation lookup.
Limitations
IP geolocation points to hosting infrastructure, not operators. An empty layer means no data from that source. It does not mean the country is safe.
About the command-server layer
Purpose
Count of ThreatFox botnet command-server indicators whose address has a hosting country.
Source
abuse.ch ThreatFox, threat type botnet command server. Country from DB-IP IP to Country Lite.
Freshness
ThreatFox by abuse.ch. Fetched 23 Oct 2026, 17:31 UTC. REPORTED. DB-IP IP to Country Lite. Fetched 23 Oct 2026, 17:31 UTC. ESTIMATE.
Confidence
Low. Reports are community submissions. The country is where the address is hosted or registered in that database.
Limitations
IP geolocation points to hosting infrastructure, not operators. Domains and file hashes are not placed on the board. The indicator value is not reprinted.
About the malware layer
Purpose
Count of other ThreatFox indicators that carry an IP address, rolled up by hosting country.
Source
abuse.ch ThreatFox payload and related IP indicators. Country from DB-IP IP to Country Lite.
Freshness
ThreatFox by abuse.ch. Fetched 23 Oct 2026, 17:31 UTC. REPORTED. DB-IP IP to Country Lite. Fetched 23 Oct 2026, 17:31 UTC. ESTIMATE.
Confidence
Low. Same limits as the command-server layer.
Limitations
IP geolocation points to hosting infrastructure, not operators. A payload hosted in a country is not an attacker based in that country.
About the Feodo layer
Purpose
Older botnet command-server list, kept so the board does not pretend Feodo was never checked.
Source
abuse.ch Feodo Tracker recommended blocklist. The country field is the feed's own field.
Freshness
abuse.ch Feodo Tracker. Fetched 23 Oct 2026, 17:31 UTC. REPORTED.
Confidence
Low. abuse.ch has said the Feodo datasets are thin. A small number is that notice, not a quiet internet.
Limitations
This layer is not the default. It is not a substitute for ThreatFox. IP addresses are not reprinted.

Feodo Tracker, the older command-server list, holds 5 entries, of which 1 answered as active when abuse.ch last checked; the most recent was last seen active on 12 Mar 2026 (UTC). abuse.ch notes on its site that its Feodo Tracker datasets are currently empty, so a small number here reflects that notice, not a quiet internet.

Planned

Deploy a Guardian defender

This page is phase 1: public data, with a source and a UTC fetch time on every figure, a source-health count, and country counts of reported hosting. A Guardian defender is not built. Nothing in this section runs today, and no client defender is deployed.

Status: planned. The steps below are a plan for later work. They are not a service on offer today.

  1. Onboard

Planned: the client would list what it runs, or allow a read-only inventory. A future build would map that list to NIST CSF 2.0 and the CIS Controls.

  2. Collect

Planned: collector agents would read public feeds like the ones on this page, vendor advisories and, at the client, read-only logs and versions.

  3. Correlate

Planned: a correlation agent would match each threat to the client's own software, so only relevant items surface.

  4. Explain

Planned: an analyst agent would write a short plain-language brief: what it is, who is at risk, what to do first, with every source cited.

  5. Ask before acting

Planned: the defender would propose, and a named person would approve. No patch, block or setting change would happen without that yes, and every decision would be logged.
